High School is comprised of grades 9 through 12
The academic curriculum is designed to prepare our students with the knowledge, skills and attributes essential for matriculation to colleges and universities around the world. Curriculum design is departmental and sequenced; course format is according to standards necessary to meet the diplomas sought. We place an emphasis on research skills, a solid foundation in the sciences, critical reading and thinking, and oral and written communication. A minimum of 24 Carnegie units of credit is required for graduation. Advanced placement courses and tests are optional.

Our graduates
It is the goal of PAIS to enable our graduates to achieve their full potential not only intellectually, but also socially and morally, so that they may lead responsible and fulfilling lives as citizens of an increasingly globalized world. We provide the preparation and opportunities to help develop abilities and attitudes that will help them become responsible citizens. One way in which we accomplish this goal is through our Community Service program, where our students develop increased social awareness through hand-on experiences giving time and effort, to improve the lives of others who are less fortunate.
