Jr High & High School
Junior High and High School comprise grades 7 through 12.
The academic curriculum is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attributes essential for admission to colleges and universities worldwide. It is departmental and sequential in structure, with courses aligned to the standards required for the diplomas offered.
We place strong emphasis on developing research skills, building a solid foundation in the sciences, strengthening critical reading and thinking, and fostering effective oral and written communication. A minimum of 24 Carnegie units is required for graduation. Advanced Placement (AP) courses and exams are also available as optional opportunities for students seeking additional academic challenge.
Our graduates
At PAIS, our goal is to empower graduates to reach their full potential—not only intellectually, but also socially and ethically—so they can lead responsible and fulfilling lives as citizens of an increasingly interconnected world.
We provide the preparation and opportunities necessary for students to develop the skills and attitudes required to become engaged, responsible members of society. One way we achieve this is through our Community Service Program, which gives students the chance to gain greater social awareness through meaningful, hands-on experiences, dedicating their time and effort to improving the lives of others.
