Jr High & High School
Jr High & High school comprises grades 9 through 12.
The academic curriculum is designed to equip our students with the knowledge, skills, and attributes essential for admission to colleges and universities around the world. Curriculum design is departmental and sequential, with courses structured to meet the standards required for the diplomas offered. We place strong emphasis on research skills, a solid foundation in the sciences, critical reading and thinking, and effective oral and written communication. A minimum of 24 Carnegie units is required for graduation. Advanced Placement courses and exams are available as optional opportunities for students seeking additional academic challenge.
Our graduates
At PAIS, our goal is to empower graduates to reach their full potential—not only intellectually, but also socially and morally—so they can lead responsible and fulfilling lives as citizens of an increasingly globalized world. We provide the preparation and opportunities necessary to help students develop the skills and attitudes needed to become engaged, responsible members of society. One way we achieve this is through our Community Service program, where students gain greater social awareness through hands-on experiences, dedicating their time and effort to improving the lives of those less fortunate.
